Shipping

We aim to process and ship to ship within 3 working days, but at busy times this can extend to five days.

Shipping to the U.K. Mainland is £3.95 for orders under £100. 

Shipping for orders over £100 is FREE in the U.K. 

International delivery is active. Upon entering your shipping information, a shipping estimate is shown before you complete your final checkout. Please note we only ship Grimm's toys within the UK and Ireland. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel an order, please tell us within 24 Hours. An order Cancellation charge is applicable based upon any service fees incurred when processing your payment.
