Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your order. If, however, something is not quite right or you would like to make a retun, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, provided they are returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original unopened packaging where applicable.
Returns received between 15 and 30 days after delivery may, at our discretion, be accepted for a credit note.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to reach us once posted back. As soon as it has been received and checked, we will email to confirm. Refunds are always made back to your original payment method, and please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where items are not returned in their original condition.
Condition of returned items
All returned items must be unused and in saleable condition. If an item is returned to us opened, damaged, marked, incomplete, or otherwise not in an “as new” condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, apply a restocking fee, or refuse the return, depending on the condition of the item when received.
Partial returns on orders that qualified for free delivery
If part of an order is returned and the remaining order value no longer qualifies for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original standard delivery charge from the refund.
Refused or uncollected deliveries
If a parcel is refused at delivery, or is not collected and is therefore returned to us by the courier, any return shipping charges or other costs incurred in returning the parcel to us will be deducted from any refund due.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty, the cost of returning it is the responsibility of the customer. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
If an order is delivered to a UK address and then forwarded overseas, it must be checked for faults or errors before leaving the UK, as we may not be able to reimburse any additional onward return costs.
Proof of posting
Returned parcels remain your responsibility until they arrive safely back with us. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of posting receipt when sending your return, and arranging insurance where appropriate, as this will protect you in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Damaged or missing items
Any claim for goods that arrive damaged, or for items missing from your order, must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Sale and discounted items
Sale and discounted items may still be returned, but a shorter return window applies. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, and the items must then be returned to us within a further 8 days.
