Round, rosy and full of farmyard character, the Holztiger Pig is a beautifully handcrafted wooden animal for small world play and storytelling.
With its soft pink colouring, wonderfully chunky shape and little cord tail, this friendly pig feels ready to spend the day snuffling around the farmyard, searching for something tasty before settling down in the sty.
Holztiger figures are deliberately simple and expressive, leaving plenty of room for children to decide what their animals are thinking, where they are going and what happens next. Pair this pig with piglets, farm animals, a stable or wooden fencing to create an ever-changing farm world.
Each figure is individually handcrafted from solid maple wood and gently rounded before being painted by hand with water-based colours. The translucent finish allows the beautiful natural grain of the wood to remain visible, making every pig subtly different.
Substantial and tactile in little hands, this is the kind of wooden farm animal that can become part of years of imaginative play.
