Pre-Orders & Delivery Information
At Magic Forest Shop, we are delighted to offer a selection of much-loved pieces on a pre-order basis when they are temporarily out of stock. These items are reserved especially for you from our incoming deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Times
Pre-order items usually arrive with us within 4–6 weeks. These timeframes are estimates and can occasionally vary depending on our makers, production schedules, and customs or courier delays.
If there are any significant changes to your expected delivery time, we will always do our very best to keep you informed.
Ordering Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may either:
- dispatch everything together once complete, or
- send available items ahead of time so you can begin enjoying them sooner
This will depend on stock levels and packing schedules, but we always aim to get your items to you as smoothly as possible.
Shipping & Partial Deliveries
If part of your order has already been dispatched, and you later choose to cancel any remaining pre-order items, your order total may fall below our free delivery threshold.
In this case, the standard shipping cost for the items already sent will be applied and deducted from your final refund.
Cancellations
We completely understand that plans can change, and we will always try to help where we can.
Pre-order items are reserved from incoming stock especially for you, so we kindly ask that orders are placed thoughtfully.
If you do need to cancel:
- Please contact us as soon as possible
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will review your request promptly
- If your order has already been sent, items will need to be returned before a refund can be processed
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed timeframes. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a piece from an upcoming delivery.
We are a small, carefully curated shop, and each order means a great deal to us. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when choosing pre-order items.
